Event details
The recent Ebola outbreaks in West Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) have demonstrated the importance of a collaborative swift outbreak response that includes building community trust and engagement, combating misinformation, testing, contact tracing, and capacity building.
These principles although important to helping end the Ebola outbreaks are the cornerstone to any outbreak response and are important to understand as we aim to control the COVID-19 pandemic. In this webinar we will focus on the lessons from the Ebola outbreaks and how they can be applied to the COVID-19 pandemic as the global community continues to work to get it under control.
